I have done every musical since I was in ninth grade and I love it. There's a freedom that can't be found anywhere else when you perform or speak in front of people. You have the power to entertain, inform, upset or confuse your audience. It's a pretty amazing feeling. Theatre also gives you the opportunity to work with other people and get to know them well. There is a relationship built during the process of putting on a show that is incredibly close. I plan on participating in theatre in college, but whether I will follow that into a career is yet to be seen.
