Expand your pilates practice and accelerate your transformation:

TheTough Mudder is coming to Philadelphia (the Allentown area) at the beginning of June and I am building a team from the Kimberton Waldorf School. The Tough Mudder is a 10 to 12 mile run interspersed with about 20 crazy obstacles to test your abilities. If you are either in good shape or crazy like me this will be a great day of sun, sweat and mud. This is a team event, so everyone helps each team member to make it through the course. I am getting old for this sort of thing, so I want a large team in case I need to be carried off the course. I reserved Sunday, June 2nd at 10:15 for our start time. Contact me if you are interested in joining the race and need help with the sign-in. The team name is KWSTeam. My email is .

On Thursday May 2nd, 7:30pm at the Rose Hall, Rev. Richard Dancey will give a talk on the theme of "How Can Children Become Spiritually Strong in an Electrically-Charged Culture?"
Has childhood ever been easy? How about parenting? Very likely, most definitely, not. But each culture and age presents both timeless and timely challenges. Our time and its electrically-charged culture, which has struck like lightning, challenges both children and parents(all so-called "grown-ups") in ways we are still beginning to discover and understand. How can children grow up spiritually strong today? How can parents live and work on this great labor of love?
