Open House 
A comprehensive overview of Waldorf Education and the programs offered at Kimberton Waldorf School. Families should attend an open house as early in the admissions process as possible. Tour the campus; meet faculty, students, parents, and alumni; view samples of student work; participate in panel discussions; and gain an understanding of Waldorf Education through inspiring faculty and student presentations. Complimentary childcare is usually available for younger children (ages 2-7).

Rosebud Garden Story Hour

Infants and toddlers age 2-5, accompanied by an adult, are invited to attend.  Join us for a story and free play experience with our preschool teachers and parent-child teachers. Registration is requested but not required.

Rosebud Garden Tea and Play

Tea and Play is a weekly offering for parents and their children 4 and under.  We invite you to join other families in our warm and welcoming Rosebud Children's Garden to enjoy some tea while your child plays. Tea and play is held every Friday from 8am-9am.  No registration is needed.

**These events are held at Rosebud Garden, which is located at 221 Hickory Grove Road, Phoenixville, PA 19460.**

Discover the Rose Kindergarten

Spend some time in one of our Rose Kindergarten classrooms. Meet one of our early childhood teachers and learn more about our traditional kindergarten program, which is carefully designed to respond to the developmental needs of the young child through imaginative, play-based learning. You and your child can experience the rhythms and activities that are typical within a Waldorf Kindergarten classroom. Children who will be age 4 or 5 as of June 1, 2017, accompanied by an adult, are invited to attend.

A Walk in the Woods - Visit the Forest, Field, and Farm Kindergarten
Children who will be age 4 or 5 as of June 1, 2017 (accompanied by an adult) can meet with teachers as we visit the animals, tour the garden building and learn more about our outdoor kindergarten program as we walk along the French creek. Registration requested but not required.

Have you ever wondered what happens up at the KWS high school?  What do HS main lessons look like?  Do you know that our high school has a vibrant international exchange program and that students come here from other countries to study?  Have you heard about our internship programs?  Have you wondered what a practicum is?

We invite you to this new opportunity to visit the high school classrooms while school is in session during our “Discover the High School” events.  We will have an opportunity to visit each grade during main lesson and experience our academically diverse curriculum through this month’s topics of number theory, ancient history, electricity and Russian literature.  We will have an opportunity to hear about some of the unique experiences that our HS students participate in, including international exchange, outdoor education, college counseling etc. Spaces are limited in each session so please register here.
