As we continue to establish Kimberton Waldorf School as a leading institution for Waldorf Education and exceptional education for today’s students, the Board of Trustees has begun to focus on growing the school’s endowment fund.
An endowment is esssentially an independent school’s savings account. Annual distributions from the endowment pay for the expenses not covered by tuition, the Community Spirit Fund, or other income. Endowment provides additional, permanent, annual resources to maintain and improve the quality of education we provide our students. It also protects the school’s future financial well-being.
Kimberton Waldorf School also offers the opportunity to make planned gifts, from which donors often realize both increased income and tax savings. These planned gifts are current and deferred. For more information contact the Development Office at 610-933-3635, ext. 109.
