Fundraising Opportunities That Won't Hurt!

We are truly lucky to have such generous families as part of our community. Here are a few examples of how to support Kimberton Waldorf School in addition to making a monetary donation:

iGive – Help Kimberton Waldorf School every time you shop online. There are many participating retailers, including Amazon.com. We will receive a percentage of each purchase when the buyer starts at the iGive page. Go to www.igive.com to register. Once you’ve registered, you can add the iGive button to your browser so that any shopping done on your computer will be captured on iGive: www.igive.com/button.

AmazonSmile – We will receive 0.5% of every eligible purchase made through the Amazon website when the buyer starts at the AmazonSmile page. Go to smile.amazon.com to register. Please note that our school may be listed here as “Kimberton Farms School, Inc.”

eScrip – Register all of your existing grocery loyalty cards, debit cards, and credit cards for use in the program. Participating merchants will make contributions to KWS based on purchases made by you, simply by using the cards you have registered. Go to www.escrip.com to register.

Giant Food Stores – Each time you use your Bonus Card from Giant, KWS will receive a donation via A+ School Rewards. Go to www.giantfoodstores.com/aplus/register-card to register. Our school ID is 24093.

Target Credit or Debit Card – Target will donate 1% of every store or online purchase made with the REDcard to KWS. Go to www.target.com/redcard and click on Take Charge of Education to register your card or apply for one. Our school ID is 15549.

Box Tops for Education – Collect Box Tops found on the products of hundreds of participating companies such as General Mills, Progresso, and others. Please drop these off at the Middle School Office.

Philly CowShare – We have partnered with Philly CowShare to bring you a healthy and convenient way to purchase grass-fed beef. Philly CowShare will donate $20 to KWS for each 1/8 of a share purchased. Each CowShare bundle includes steaks, roasts, cubed beef, chipsteak, ground beef, beef patties, and soup bones. Every cut is individually packaged, vacuum-sealed, and frozen. The beef is packed in recyclable, cardboard boxes and is delivered by refrigerated trucks. At 2 lbs. a week, a 1/8 CowShare will last about 6 months. You must use the following link in order for KWS to receive credit for your order: www.phillycowshare.com/affiliate/kimberton.

Kimberton Waldorf School Spirit Wear – Order your official school spirit wear at www.lwshirts.com/KWS. 20% of proceeds will be donated back to the school.

Customers Bank Community Support Program – In a nutshell, when you have or move your accounts to Customers Bank, Customers Bank will pay us a donation based on the outstanding balances of our parents, faculty, staff, alumni, and friends! We will not know what products you have with the bank, nor the balances you have – that remains your private information. The rates you earn will not be lowered due to your participation in this program – you get the same great rates as everyone else! This is a great way for us to raise money – a win/win/win opportunity.

o   You may earn more money than you currently do at your existing bank.

o   We will receive donations based on the cumulative balances of our community.

o   Customers Bank will grow their company.

In these challenging economic times, please seriously consider helping us and helping yourself by taking advantage of this offer. You can stop by a Customers Bank branch, set up an appointment to open your accounts, or open them on-line from the comfort of your home at www.customersbank.com. Please make sure to provide the code KWS1 when opening the account so our organization will receive donations attributable to your account.
