Imagine your child with an enthusiasm for learning and work, a healthy self-awareness, interest and concern for fellow human beings, and a respect for the world and the environment. Come explore how we teach in a manner that requires true thinking and not just memorization, and encourages experiencing life and learning through all the senses and faculties.
Throughout the year there are many opportunities for prospective families to come visit and see what Waldorf education is all about. Every month we have opportunities to meet our teachers, tour the campus and observe classes in progress. We have experiential days where you can join one of our kindergarten teachers for a walk in the woods to visit our forest kindergarten “classroom” or come for a morning of bread baking and craft or enjoy story hour in one of our pre-kindergarten classrooms. Once a year we have all school open houses where you can meet faculty, current parents and alumni. Personal tours and in-depth conversations help to answer questions and ensure that each child and family get the care and attention needed.
